Why did I get an email saying I haven’t registered?

There are two possible issues here. For one, you may have added the wrong event, perhaps a previous year. In this case, check the event listed under the events tab and verify that you’ve added the correct one.

The other possibility is that the event roster includes a duplicate of your team, often spelled slightly differently (FC vs Futbol Club) – In this case, shoot us a quick email at help@captainu.com and we’ll get this sorted out for you! If you got an email from CaptainU saying you haven’t registered your team, but you actually have, we apologize!
