How can I switch my subscription plan to another?

Need to switch your plan?  Not a problem!  You can do this from your plans page itself- just log in and select plans from the upper right hand corner drop down menu.  Then, select your new place to update.

  • Annual to Monthly:

To switch from an annual to a monthly subscription, you can either wait for your annual subscription to end and change the billing period upon renewal, or schedule the change by selecting the monthly plan you'd like to switch to. Please note that while you can schedule this switch at any time, the change won't take effect until the end of the current yearly subscription.

  • Monthly to Annual:

To switch from a monthly to an annual subscription, select the annual plan you'd like to switch to. Please note that if you switch to an annual plan, your subscription will change immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount based on the time remaining from your previous subscription.

  • Monthly to Monthly/Annual to Annual:

To switch to a lower tiered subscription, you will finish any time remaining on your current subscription then lose access to additional premium features at the end of your billing cycle and the new subscription will take effect.

To switch to a higher tiered subscription, your subscription will change immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount based on the time remaining from your previous subscription.  

  • Bronze [free]:

You can cancel your account at any time. When you cancel, you will finish any time remaining on your current subscription then lose access to premium features at the end of your billing cycle. After canceling, your account will no longer automatically renew and no further renewal charges will be applied from that account.
