Why is athlete's sibling showing up instead of my athlete?

This error is typically caused when athletes try and use the same email address as an older sibling.  All athlete emails in CaptainU have to be unique as to make sure our college coaches are getting in touch with the correct athletes.  

Your athlete will need to use a new, unregistered email in order to get their CaptainU athlete profile set up.  Once they have done so, make sure to update your roster with the correct email address and their athlete account will automatically link to your team roster.
