I've asked for advising access but still can't see my athlete's profile or any of the features.

The athlete has to actually approve your request for Advising access.  Sometimes it takes a little while for our system to get the email request delivered.  Check in with your athlete to see if they have received the email.  They will need to use the specific link provided in the email in order to grant you access.

If after a while the athlete still has not received the email or if they have and the link did not work, please let us know by contacting
