How do I delete or close my account?

No longer need your CaptainU profile?  We can certainly help with that. First be sure your account has been downgraded to the free Bronze membership through your plans page.

Once the account is no longer on a paid subscription, reach out to us at help@captainu.com.  Be sure to include the email address associated with the account as well as the athlete name.

As a heads up, this action cannot be undone so keep this in mind when requesting!

    It will be easier to have a link to opt-out. The law requires to have a way to cancel and opt-out of accounts that collects and share data. Where is the opt out disclaimer?

    I have been asking for my account to be deleted since February and am still being charged. Blocking payment and expect reimbursement
