How do I contact the CaptainU Customer Success team?

If you have any questions that are not answered in the FAQ pages, you can reach out to the CaptainU Customer Service Team at help@captainu.com.  Please be sure to include the account name and email address associated with it as well as details on the issue you are having.

As we are a lean team, we do not support a live phone number.  If you reach out to us at help@captainu.com, we typically respond in 24-48 normal business hours (M-F, 8-7pm MT).
