Being a part of a team or roster is another great way to increase your exposure as an athlete! Most times, a roster will be created with the same email address as your profile, so you are automatically linked. If a different email is used though, and you will receive a notice you do not have a profile. Not to worry- this is a simple fix!
Be sure to reach out to email@example.com with the following information:
- Email address you received the notification to
- Email address associated with the existing account
- Team as it appears in the notification
From there, our team of Recruiting Coaches will update the roster!
Have a sibling that keeps appearing in the roster instead of you? First, be sure you have a CaptainU profile. If you'd like to use the same email address, simply go through the profile creation funnel, but be sure to use the same log in credentials as the other profile (username and password).
Once you have a profile, reach out to us with the same information as above and we will be sure you are properly linked!
